CHRISTOPHER J. KOEHM, CPA
Chris is a co-founder and managing member of HT Partners LLC. After graduating with a B.S. from Sacred Heart University and receiving his certification as a CPA, he worked as a staff accountant in the Private Business Advisory Group at KPMG Peat Marwick. Chris has operated an independent accounting firm for the last 30 plus years. Chris and his wife, Adele, live in Trumbull, Connecticut.
CPA is the statutory title of qualified accountants in the United States who have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and have met additional state education and experience requirements for certification as a CPA.

PETER J. DECKER
Peter is a co-founder and managing member of HT Partners LLC. He attended the Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Studies Program and holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Taxation. He was a Senior Vice President at U.S. Trust Company & co-managed the CT Affiliated business operations. Peter has over 25 plus years experience in financial services. Peter and his wife, Maria, live in Essex, Connecticut.
DEVIN BOURQUE, CFP®
After graduating from the University of Tampa, Devin joined a wealth management and financial planning firm in Tampa, Florida working to help clients meet their financial goals. In 2013, Devin joined HT Partners LLC and obtained his CFP® certification in December of 2016. Devin is currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree Program in Taxation at the University of New Haven. Devin lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
To receive authorization to use the designation, the candidate must meet education, examination, experience and ethics requirements, and pay an ongoing certification fee. To fulfill the education requirement, students are required to complete course training in various topic areas and sit for the six hour CFP Board Certification Examination. A bachelor’s degree (or higher), or its equivalent in any discipline, from an accredited college or university is required to attain CFP® certification.
